The overall goal of Safety and Health at Krause Bros Construction is Zero Harm to People/Employees. Health and safety are essential parts of our daily operations. Our goal is to involve both management and employees in safety development, training and implementation, and to resolve health and safety problems through prevention.
The objective of Krause Bros Construction is to eliminate workplace accident/injuries, to reduce worker’s compensation costs, to comply with federal, state, MSHA, OSHA rules and regulations. It is also our goal to inform employees of potential hazards and safety rules and regulations.
Every individual is responsible for working safely, for following the company’s rules and procedures and act in a manner so as not to endanger themselves or others. Every employee, general public and subcontractors has a responsibility for being attentive to the health and safety of others. Each employee is to comply with local, state and federal safety regulations, as well as the company rules and procedures as a condition of employment.
